Vendor Policy – Souq Naif
Welcome to Souq Naif, where we offer vendors the opportunity to list and sell their products through our platform. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for selling on our website.
1. Vendor Registration
Vendors can open an account on Souq Naif using one of the following:
- A valid UAE trade license.
- An Emirati ID or Resident ID.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are allowed to sell any brand without restrictions, provided that the products are genuine. If counterfeit or fake products are sold, the vendor account will be permanently closed.
- Vendors must provide high-quality products and ensure accurate information about the products, including descriptions and images.
3. Commission and Shipping Costs
- Commission Rate: A commission of 9% is charged on every sale made through the Souq Naif platform.
- Shipping Costs: A shipping fee of 15 AED, inclusive of tax, will be deducted from the vendors for each order.
4. Terms of Sale and Shipping
- Shipping costs are deducted from vendors, and these costs are considered part of the business transaction.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring product quality and that the products match the descriptions listed on the website.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- Vendors must refrain from selling any products that infringe on intellectual property or trademark rights. Violating these conditions will result in strict actions, including account termination.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a vendor's account if they do not comply with the terms and conditions, including selling counterfeit products or providing incorrect information.
7. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify the vendor policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes through updates to this page, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of these changes.
