1. Return Period

You can return products within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Product Condition

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. All returns must include the original invoice and any accompanying accessories.

4. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or not as described. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.

5. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 business days of receiving the product.

6. Exceptions

Certain products are non-returnable, such as:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Underwear.
  • Personal care products.

7. International Returns

International returns outside the UAE are currently not available.

8. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted and updated on the website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these changes.
